Dale Shephard

Founder
Dale founded TrinityHawk in 2023 after seeing too many talented founders and established companies overspend on cookie-cutter sales reps – only to be disappointed by poor results.
His experience, expertise, and intuition told him there was a better way: working closely and honestly with leadership teams to build a sales engine that truly works – and helping deliver those all-important predictable, positive outcomes.

With over 15 years’ experience growing VC-backed firms into new territories as a multi-territory Sales and Business Development leader – plus a technical background as a Solution Architect – Dale has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands. Originally from Leeds, he now lives in sunny Hampshire and splits his time between there and London to run TrinityHawk.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him either playing basketball, watching his beloved Lakers or (obsessively) following motorsports… Touring Cars, GT and F1… he’s not too picky as long as it’s fast.
