How long are your engagements?

This is where we are very flexible and make sure that the engagement fits your needs - from a budget & timeline perspective, but also mindful of the time needed from you. This has ranged from 12 month engagements, to weekly 121’s, and everything in between - 1 day workshops, 3 month tactical workpackages.

How are you compensated?

The main buckets are:

i. Retainer
ii. Hourly Rate
iii. Commission
iv. Equity

Of course it’s not all 4 for each engagement, but different businesses have different priorities. Being flexible in how we create the commercial construct means that we can help more businesses.

Which countries do you operate in?

HQ’d in the UK, we have legal entities in the UK and Iceland, and have clients from Europe to the US. We can work with you, wherever you are in the world.
